Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lani’s Custom Conchos, each item is made-to-order with care, time, and attention to detail. Because of the handmade and highly personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.

 

🕒 Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes minds change. If you need to cancel your order:

 

  • You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel.

  • All cancellations will be refunded at 80% of the total order amount.

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit will be retained to cover time, administrative costs, and materials allocation.

After 24 hours, all sales are final and your order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Because each item is handmade to your unique specifications:

 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Please double-check your personalization details (name spellings, color selections, etc.) before submitting your order.

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end:

  • Please email us at [your email] within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
